Economy
It is so important to focus on the big picture and not just be attracted to the drama.
The OECD has just put out its economic forecasts for next calender year.
The forecasts are ugly for Europe with Euro zone economic growth expected to be just 0.2 per cent across the whole region and the UK at just 0.5 per cent.
The US is expected to achieve growth of 2 per cent while Australia is a standout 4 per cent.
What is says is that while Europe is creating uncertainty, Australia has plenty or firepower and cushioning to protect us from the worst of it.
